Installation for iOS/Android Devices
1. Get the QR Code:
- Please check your email inbox including junk box for the Ezy eSIM email containing your QR code.
2. Open Settings:
- Go to Settings on your device.
3. Find Cellular/Mobile Network:
- Tap on Cellular/Mobile Data (iPhone) or Connections > SIM card manager(Android).
4. Add Cellular Plan:
- Select Add Cellular Plan or Add Mobile Plan.
5. Scan the QR Code:
- Use your phone camera to scan the QR code or use any QR code reader app.
6. Follow Prompts:
- Complete any additional on-screen instructions.
7. Set as Default (if necessary):
- Choose the plan as default for data and calls, if needed.
And you’re done! Your eSIM should be activated. If you have questions, just let us know!
Additional Tips:
- Wi-Fi/Mobile Connection: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi/Mobile connection during the setup.
- Data Roaming: Please ensure this setting is active otherwise the eSIM will not able to provide data coverage.
