No. Ezy eSIM does not provide a local phone number. Your physical SIM number remains unchanged.
You can keep your physical SIM for calls and SMS and use Ezy eSIM for data. Set Ezy eSIM as the mobile data line and enable data roaming for the eSIM only.
Go to Settings → Mobile Data → eSIM, then select Remove eSIM or Delete Data Plan. This does not affect your physical SIM.
Your eSIM QR code is sent instantly to your email after checkout. Check your inbox and spam folder.
The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, not when it is installed.
No, but the same device can rescan the same QR code.
Contact Ezy eSIM support with your order number. If the eSIM has not been installed, the QR code can be reissued.
Yes, your physical SIM can still work. We suggest turning off data roaming and turning on "WiFi calling."
No, we do not record your device location. As required by law, we keep records containing only the time, data (Megabytes) consumed, and cellular provider of each data connection.
Yes, you can top-up your eSIM. We will send periodic service status emails to advise you of your current balance. You can top-up your service directly from within the email and the whole process only takes 1-2 minutes!
Yes, absolutely! You are able to check your usage by retrieving the QR code email and clicking on the manual eSIM install link, it should look something like "https://p.qrsim.net/XXXXXXXXXXXX". You can also check the data usage from your phone settings.
eSIM data connectivity is extremely secure. It provides a reliable and safe mobile data connection that is far more secure than public Wi-Fi and other alternatives. eSIM uses encrypted, GSMA-standard provisioning. Security is equivalent to or better than physical SIM cards.
No. Ezy eSIM does not require government ID or identity verification.
Yes. Data roaming must be enabled for the eSIM to connect to local networks. This does not incur roaming charges on your eSIM plan.
